I’m a Complexity & Depth Coach and founder of Dori Klass & Associates, Inc.

I’m a veteran of corporate America, who became a professionally trained and certified coach, achieving the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, CPCC, status (with The Co-Active Training Institute, CTI), and obtaining my Professional Certified Coach, PCC, designation (with the International Coach Federation, ICF). I earned an Executive Masters of Business Administration, MBA, during my 20-year tenure in corporate America.

Welcome to My Story

Early on, my life was filled with chaos, pain, loss, assault and separation.

At the age of 24, I lost my sister, Allison Joy, to suicide.
She was only 18 years old. It was just days before her wedding.
In the middle of that first night, after my family and I learned of her sudden passing,
and in the midst of unbearable grief…

I heard a booming voice from deep within the chambers of my heart. It said,

“Say YES to Life!”

That moment was the beginning of my awakening, my journey home to myself, complete with healing, connecting with my original nature and turning toward and embracing my wholeness.

It’s a journey that we are all on, whether we realize it or not.

A journey home to ourselves.

At Dori Klass & Associates, Inc., I set out to build a path for leaders and learners to connect with their whole self and whole power in my program,
Whole Person | Whole Power.

Through this program, I help seasoned professionals in leadership roles to embrace their own inner journey to wholeness, greater empowerment, self-compassion and deeper satisfaction. I know what life is like with and without it.

It takes courage to pause, slow things down, look within
and say “Yes!” to life; to your life.
